Also no sales tax with a 31 day reservation. Long- term only. WInter 90 night minimum. Everything you need for a comfortable long-term stay. The kitchen was designed with the cook in mind - granite and maple countertops, dishwasher, gas range and fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, french press, and sharp knives. If you need anything else, please ask! Main level washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a super comfy queen bed with high-quality cotton linens. Utilities, internet and snow plowing included. While I don't have cable TV, I do have a ROKU box with premium channels including HBO, Showtime, Amazon Prime, PBS, Gaia TV and many more. NO PETS! No smoking. Monthly Only. Long terms guests only. Guests will need to fill out a short vacation lease and provide proof of identity in the form of state issued photo id. Standard lease for 4 months, background, employment, and credit check required. Neighborhood overview Quiet residential neighborhood walking distance from the Fulton St. Farmers Market, Opera House, The Hillside Community Garden, a quick bus or Uber ride downtown. Getting around Walk, Run, Bike, Bus, Taxi, Car Other things to note Basic condiments and spices, dishwasher soap, dish soap, laundry soap, and toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, etc. are stocked onsite, but if you run out it please replace them for the next guest. :)
