The space Built in the early 1800's, it is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home spread over 2800+ square feet in a quintessential 4 floor row house with large communal spaces and abundant light. - The house has a beautiful parlor/sitting room with marble mantle and original hand carved plaster molding, there is a sunny family room with 10 foot marble fireplace and beamed ceilings, formal dining room, and casual eat in kitchen with greenhouse type glass enclosure. -2 bedrooms are ensuite with king beds. 2 bedrooms have twin beds. - There is a fantastic roof deck with spectacular city views, perfect for a glass of wine on a Summer night. -This home is loaded with historic architectural details like skylights, leaded glass windows, plaster moulding, arched hallways, 4 marble fireplace mantles... beautiful antique architectural character throughout. -2 zone HVAC control Guest access Our manager will come on Tuesday nights to remove trash to place curbside, otherwise you are left to your privacy. There is street metered/kiosk parking and 3 lots within a block. You are located central to everything with the city at your fingertips. 4 blocks to City Hall 4 blocks to Rittenhouse Park with their fantastic farmer's and artist's market. 3 blocks to Abe Fisher, Dezingoff, Goldie, Federal Donuts, Dan Dan Noodles, and hundreds of restaurants and coffee shops.
