Please be mindful of checking yourself when spending time outside. *This house does NOT currently have a back-up generator. *Due to risk of fire, please do not charge your electric car on the property. No smoking in or on the property. No parties or extra guests outside the maximum occupancy allowed on the listing. No loud music after 9pm. No weapons. There is a patio off the dining area with a grill available. The first floor includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. The downstairs area features a large family room, with sectional sofa, perfect for binge watching your favorite movies. The lower level includes another semi-private bedroom as well as dedicated work space. KITCHEN The kitchen includes lots of counter/prep space and all of the pots, pans and knives you might need to prepare a delicious meal featuring local ingredients from producers such as Wright’s Farm. The kitchen includes a gas stove, coffeemaker, dishwasher and more. SLEEPING SPACE Bedrooms include: - Bedroom 1: Queen bed - Bedroom 2: Two twin beds - Bedroom 3: Queen bed INDOOR LIVING SPACE The upstairs living room is perfect for playing board games with your friends and family and there is direct access to the back deck area where you can take in seasonal views of the Shawangunk Mountain ridge.
