What's new at Pirate Cove? We've added 50 AMP RV power! Bring your RV and have water and electric. Note: there's no sewerage connection or dump at the house. However there are campgrounds nearby where RV's can dump waste. During your stay enjoy glorious sunrises and peaceful evenings on the covered back porch or on the covered detached patio. Enjoy freshwater fishing at it's finest! Our waterway is home to the award winning bass tournament fishing! Enjoy spending time on the water! Use our kayaks and canoes (includes paddles and life jackets). We currently have: one 1-person kayak, two 2-person kayaks, and two 2-person canoes. Of course, you are also welcome to bring your own water toys including: jet skis, paddleboards, kayaks, canoes, fishing boat. The gorgeous sugar-sand beaches of Pensacola Beach are just a 26 miles from the house! This is approximately a 40 minute drive depending on traffic. During your stay, you will enjoy the lovingly landscaped yard with mature landscaping to include lilies, Gerber daisies, pear tree, orange tree, grapefruit tree, grape vines and more! The home has granite counters in the kitchen and master bath. The upper kitchen cabinets were raised so that you can enjoy the view of the water while preparing meals. Kitchen is nicely equipped and includes a pantry. There's lots of lighting in the kitchen with recessed lights, plant ledge lights, over cabinet and under cabinet counter top lights. The Living room offer as fantastic water view through the two sets of double french doors. The dining area features large pub height table and chairs and there's extra seating available the kitchen snack bar. The home easily sleeps up to 8 guests with King bed in the master bedroom, Queen beds in bedrooms 2 and 3, and a Queen size sofa sleeper in living room. You will love this place!!
