The main floor of this home is the rented space. Outbuildings and basement are for owner use only. I am available via text message. Small town vibe with a small restaurant a block away and Dollar General a little ways further. Neither businesses are visible from the property but very conveniently located. Driveway is more than adequate for up to 3 cars with back up turn around space. Bunk beds suitable for children.
