*Summary* Relax and unwind in this split-level four-bedroom three-bath home that allows for plenty of space for large families and groups. Located on the edge of Fayetteville off of Cliffdale Road. Located in a quiet neighborhood. The partially fenced-in backyard allows unrestricted space for some outdoor activities with minimal separation from the neighbors. The upper level features three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master features a Queen size bed, the second with a Full-size bed and Twin XL, and the third with a Queen size bed. The lower level includes a second master bedroom with a King size bed and a Twin XL. There is a pull-out bed in the downstairs den for a total of 7 beds sleeping up to 12 comfortably. Smart TVs are already logged into our high-speed WiFi for your enjoyment. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve home-cooked meals during your visit. The Blue Sky Landing is the perfect place for your family's stays! *The Space* This two-story, split-level home is the perfect place for your group's stay in Fayetteville. The Blue Sky Landing features two separate master bedrooms and two separate living areas, each on separate floors, creating multiple areas to gather. There are six beds and one pull-out bed for a total of 7 sleeping surfaces which can easily accommodate up to 12 people. We provide a grill in the partially fenced backyard. The downstairs den includes a laptop-ready workspace with the addition of a monitor, keyboard, printer, and mouse for your working and schooling from home. All of our televisions are connected to the wifi for your convenience. *Guest Access* Guests will have complete and exclusive access to the entire house except for 3 locked closets. We're sorry, but the garage is not available for guest parking and should remain locked. The yard is not fully fenced - please make sure to leash pets when outdoors and supervise children. *The Neighborhood* Single-family home in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Minutes from many restaurants, bars, a movie theater, and fun things to do! Quick access to the highway makes access to Fort Bragg a breeze. Only 20 minutes travel time to Paraclete! Please be respectful of our neighbors and limit noise between 9 PM and 6 AM. *Getting Around* Fayetteville does not have a robust public transportation system and travel by personal vehicle is best. Lyft and Uber both service most areas. The home is located within 20 minutes of anywhere in Fayetteville, within 5 minutes of downtown Hope Mills. *Other Things to Note* Please note that the yard is only partially fenced. Children should be watched at all times and animals should be leashed and supervised. In order to continue to offer the earliest possible Check-Ins and latest possible Check Outs, we ask all guests to give our cleaners a head start by completing the following tasks upon departure: 1. Make sure all garbage is in a bin or wastebasket. 2. Please place all used towels in the black laundry bag or on the bathroom floor. 3. Load and start the dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies. These simple tasks significantly help our staff and we appreciate your cooperation. If you plan to arrive after 9 PM, we ask that you please let our staff know. Failure to notify the staff of late Check-In may result in limited or delayed assistance with entry in the event of an issue. *Interaction with Guests* This home is managed by Military First BnB Solutions. In the spirit of social distancing, Check-In is self-guided and you will let yourself in with a unique door code. Our Host Team strives to make ourselves promptly available to answer questions or make accommodations. We’re only a message away! Check-ins later than 9 PM should be coordinated with the host prior to arrival. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9 pm may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in.
