Be sure to take time to enjoy the grounds around the cottage- dangle your feet off the private dock for a bit or paddleboard and kayak across the pond to East Beach. Sink your toes into the private sandy beach next to the dock. The outdoor property is generously equipped for making memories while active or relaxing. Extras include floating tubes (with cup holders!) for the pond, paddleball equipment, Cornhole set, and yoga mats. With Adirondack chairs, beach chairs and a dock hammock, the most challenging part of this vacation will be choosing the best place to nap. When you are ready to come back inside, an oversized enclosed outdoor shower allows you to rinse off. If you want to venture out from this lovely paradise, East Beach and Blue Shutters Town Beach are both less than three miles away, and Ninigret Landing Marina is around the corner. Nearby Watch Hill and Westerly have many more activities and dining options. Property has exterior surveillance cameras. From May-October, owners keep their boat on one side of the dock, the other side is kept for guests use. Owners may access their boat during the rental period, via right of way on property line, but will not be utilizing shed or any property amenities. Guests have four parking spots, and owner has one spot that will be delineated.
