Whether you choose to spend your days kayaking, whale-watching, or hiking, you'll find that you're just where you want to be. This family home is spread out across two levels, with hardwood floors and free WiFi throughout. As you enter, you'll be greeted by a billiard room to the left and a living room to the right, where you can pile on the leather sofas, watch Netflix on TV, and play board games well into the evening. The light-filled kitchen is just beyond, offering stainless steel appliances, an eat-in dining table, and sliding doors that lead outside to the deck and the gas grill. After a barbecue dinner and a walk around the neighborhood with your dogs, you can come home to toss the day's clothes in the washer/dryer. There's one bedroom on the main floor and two bedrooms upstairs - including a special room for the kids with chalkboards on the wall. Things to Know Full kitchen Up to two dogs are welcome for a nightly fee Please note that dogs must be leashed and cleaned up after; there are foxes in the area. Dogs are not allowed to sleep on beds, but a dog bed is provided. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is a gravel drive to the right of the house with two rows of four. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
