This one bedroom is suitable for single occupancy or one couple... perfect short-term student/executive housing. You will have your own private entrance and off-street parking. The apartment consists of a main room and efficiency kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker), private bathroom and one bedroom with a standard double bed. It is a smoke free residence. The apartment has a private, lighted entrance with 2 steps inside the door. The backyard deck is available for your use to enjoy the garden. This property is a certified urban wildlife habitat. The apartment is in my home. I will be available to offer any assistance you may need. Please call ahead on the day of arrival with you ETA to collect the key. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood on a private lane. We are less than 1 mile from Historic Harman Village. We enjoy a singularly spectacular view of the river valley. Two camp chairs are available if you wish to sit and soak in the view. Most things in Marietta are within walking distance for the hardy walker. For those who are less active, a short car ride (2 miles or less) will offer a front row seat to all that Marietta has to offer. Many day trips will find covered bridges, waterfalls, hiking trails, river trails and many other outdoor adventures. Marietta is the home of Marietta College.
