Fully fenced in yard with mature trees and whimsical outdoor lighting makes the patio an enjoyable spot to get some fresh air. Our neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. The house has 3 bedrooms (including a master bedroom w/ en-suite) and 2 full bathrooms- full kitchen, comfortable living room w/ smart TV, dining room and laundry area.
