He and his wife have stayed at home to run the VRBO business for 6 years without going anywhere outside Ontario. YOUR APARTMENT consists of: - Main floor and second floor in the main house: 5 bedrooms, 3.1/2 bathroom, full kitchen, great-room and formal living room (app 3400 sqft), thermostat (heat and air conditioner), 2 separate entrances (front door and back door), 2 alternative exits (through the garage and sunroom), 1 door to the terrace. - Large sunroom (1000sqft) with an indoor small heated exercise pool with 2 air-jet seaters. - Terrace (above the sunroom (1000sqft) - Your 3+ parking spaces in the back, if you have more than 3 cars, you can park behind the first 3 of yours (street parking also available) There is a bedroom with a walk-in shower on the main floor, but no wheelchair access to the house.
