Ideal for couples, families, friends. 10 min from Woodstock, Kingston and exit 19 off hwy 87, minutes to ski resorts, ice climbing, iceskating, swimming, hiking, rock climbing, tubing, fishing, scenic walks, biking trails, food markets & excellent restaurants. The house is recently renovated with new bathrooms, new oak floors, fully equipped kitchen, granite countertops, ceramic cook top, convection oven, microwave oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, double fridge, and new dishes and laundry appliances. Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, a wide range of organic spices, oils, vinegars, mustard, ketchup, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, conditioner, hand and body soap, hair dryer, linens, towels, all prepping, cooking and serving kitchenware needed for elaborated holiday meals, and outdoor fire wood are provided. All sleeping linens are 100% cotton. There are two smart tv's with free HBO, Netflix, Hulu and Showtime streaming, premium cable package including sports channels and 1000 mbps wifi. The main floor living room greets you with cathedral ceilings, warm Persian rugs, and a very easy to use pellets fireplace for the warmth but none of the hussle. Four glass doors open towards the front yard, the seasonal vegetables garden, the wraparound deck and the outdoor fire pit. In the summer you can practically live on the wraparound deck while you barbecue, lounge, read, sun bathe, have a morning coffee or a candlelight dinner. Also on the main floor there is one queen size bedroom, one king size bedroom, and a newly renovated full bath. The top floor is dedicated to the private king size master bed room with full bath ensuite. We also have a sleep and play crib for infants. All three bedrooms have individual mini split heater/AC units. Both European style full baths are equipped with brand new fixtures, modern multi setting showers and additional handheld bidets next to each toilet, for perpetual European freshness. The private lane is safe for kids play, walking, jogging, roller blading or biking without the worry of passing cars. The Hurley Park with free access to two new tennis courts, playground, picnic pavilion, soccer, baseball, football and basketball fields is 0.5 mile away. Two stunning Ashokan Reservoir trails are 5 min and 15 min away, where you can enjoy some of the most spectacular views in the Catskill Mountains. The basement is separate and we use it on occasion for management purposes (recyclables, laundry, etc). You may not meet us unless you need us because your privacy is a priority, but we are a text, call, or short walk away at our main house. On the day of your arrival you will get a text with the lock box code so you can let yourself in independently after 3 pm.
