The main floor of this home offers the kitchen, dining area, living room with sleeper sofa, half bath, and master bedroom & bathroom. The upstairs level offers a twin over full bunk and second full bathroom. Plenty of seating outside to enjoy your morning coffee or grill your fresh catch of the day! CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures.
