The Ale-8 Bungalow is a 1100 Sq Ft space you can enjoy all to yourself during your rental. It offers a Master Bedroom with Queen Bed and en-suite bathroom with a 2 person whirlpool tub with enough hot water to go around, standing shower and vanity with sink. Jacuzzi tub rules: Please do not run the jets unless the water is above them. Enjoy a reading nook in the Master or throw the Queen air bed out for the kids. In the Living room you'll have a comfy place to sit and relax with family. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace during the cooler months. Firewood provided for additional fee. (Please ask the host about this amenity & to reserve your bundle for your stay). Smart TVs in the living room and the bedroom. WI-FI provided. A working air pop popcorn machine adds to your experience. Another guest bathroom with full shower and vanity sink with provided washer and dryer. (detergent not provided) Feel free to get some laundry done during your stay. The Kitchen is fully stocked and features custom built KY cabinets. You'll find everything you'll need for meal time in the kitchen. Electric stove with oven. Refrigerator. Sink. Coffee and Ale-8 station. And other small appliances like microwave, crock pot and etc. Dishes and silverware provided. There is also an adjoining dining area with plenty of seating for all. Please bring your own toiletries. Towels, bedding, toilet paper & paper towels provided. There is a large backyard. Pets welcome (on leashes outside please for city ordinance). The picnic area with fire pit in backyard is a great space for outdoor time. S’mores on a crackling fire are the best. There is a side porch with covered parking Unit is upper level of home. Lower level is separate unit. Please be respectful of guests in other unit and we ask them to do the same. ************************************ HOUSE RULES: please see additional house rules in the Airbnb house rules section. No tobacco use of any kind inside. No smoking,vaping or drug use either. Feel free to partake outside. Please don’t allow pets on furniture or in tub Be respectful of HVAC settings. Wash your dishes, wipe down all spills and messes on counters, stove, in fridge and anywhere else you may have caused a mess. A minimum additional cleaning fee of $50 may be assessed if guests leave excessive mess or cause damage in any way. We strive to keep the cleaning fees low but sadly some guests think their servant or mother is coming in to clean up after them. Most guests are amazing and respectful but a few have caused issues. We ask that you overlook it as we are in constant communication with the city in attempts at improvement or it’s removal. You will find our home and its location to be amazing for your stay! We are doing construction in basement. Every attempt will be made to not work while guests are checked in.
