Off the beaten path near Flathead Lake

Welcome to our neck of the woods. With over 1800+ sq. ft. and vaulted ceilings, the house has a spacious and open feel. There is room for up to 10 guests. Please give an accurate guest count when booking. There is room for up to 4 vehicles ( trailers or boats count as vehicles) This listing is 2 miles off of the highway and on a gravel road. We recently remodeled the outside of this space with live edge siding and a new porch. The bathrooms and guest room have new flooring. There is a washer and dryer for laundry needs. The kitchen offers many appliances, dishes, and cooking utensils. Coffee, tea, and breakfast items are included. There are stools and a folding table and chairs for larger groups. The master suite has a sitting area, dresser, California king bed, closet, fireplace heater and a smart tv with Netflix. The master bathroom is remodeled with new flooring and vanity. The living room has a smart tv with Netflix and a DVD player. (A selection of DVDs included) There is a small deck with a table and chairs and obstructed views of the lake. A second living room offers leather couches and a place to relax and visit. There is a guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo. It has new flooring. The first guest room has a queen bed, 2 small dressers and a closet. The second guest room has a queen bed, a small dresser and a closet. The third guest room has two twin beds and a futon that can be converted to a bed. It has new flooring. There are some shelves for storage. The closet is unusable at this time. There is a xbox one to play games on. There is a bbq outside for use. A private upstairs apartment. I live in the basement and am available for questions or concerns. Please do not disturb the neighbors. I hope you will have an enjoyable stay! The neighborhood is quiet and relatively secluded. There is a public beach in Lakeside that is about 3 miles North of the house. There is also a boat launch about 5 miles south off of HWY 93 called Westshore State Park. There are rentals for boats, jet skis, and paddleboards available in Lakeside. We are unfortunately unable to offer use of our HOA dock right now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
