Enjoy our central location to three pools and the beach from our two bedroom Cedar Reef Villa on Harbor Island. The Villa is well equipped with all the comforts of home and a great deck for enjoying the ocean breeze. The downstairs living area has a full size kitchen, seating at the kitchen table for 6, and comfortable living room furniture for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The bedrooms are located upstairs, the master has a queen bed with views of the pool and ocean in the distance as well as a private bathroom. The guestroom has two twin beds, cable tv, and a private bathroom. Bed linens and bath towels are included with the rental. Harbor island is a private barrier island 20 minutes from historic Beaufort, South Carolina with 2 1/2 miles of pristine beach (there is a short two minute walk to the beachwalk from the condo). The community is gated and has 3 pools, tennis courts, a basketball court, playground and a fitness center. The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1. Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. ** Please note there is enough parking for up to 2 vehicles at this property. Parking spaces are unassigned for Cedar Reef Villas ** Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. The current rates are; for a day pass $20.00; 2 nights $30.00; 3 nights $40.00; 4 nights $50.00; 5 nights $60.00; 6 nights $70.00; 7 nights $80.00; 8-14 nights $105.00; 15-21 nights $130.00; 22-30 nights $155.00; 31-90 nights $175.00; 91-365 nights $200.00.
