We call this quaint, yet very spacious, apartment the Coca-Cola House because of its kitchen decor! It features 2 bdrms-1 Kingsize bed & another with twin bed & trundle, fully furnished kitchen, TV & WiFi, and no cleaning fee! It is a ground level entrance to a very comfortable lower level apartment with wonderful tenants in the separate upstairs apt., so you may hear them occasionally. For your comfort level, fans and space heaters are provided. Come see our unique home away from home! Located in a good neighborhood, guests will have access to the entire apartment which consists of a roomy living room with TV, kitchen, bathroom, and main king-sized bedroom with a TV, smaller 2nd bedroom with a twin bed and trundle with a unique little reading nook. There is also a nice-sized room off of the living room with a table for office work or hobbies, or roomy enough for an air mattress. The entire apartment has been repainted to give that fresh, clean appeal, and the bathroom with shower, is completely renovated. This easy to find home is close to Hays High, Hays Med Center, parks, and the major street in Hays, Vine Street, also Hwy 183! Guests may use the entire apt, but please only use the stairway door in case of emergencies. Guests are welcome to communicate by phone, text, or email anytime in order to have any questions answered. Due to the style of the basement windows, they do not open easily for ventilation, if you are a person who likes opening windows where you stay.
