There is a refrigerator, tea, and fresh coffee available in your room along with a fresh water dispenser. Conveniently located near the train station (25 min ride to NYC), 15 min from JFK Airport, food (Amazing Pizza, Chinese food, & Deli) & laundry service is up the block. No space shared The location is on a tranquil dead end street. It is very quiet, but not far from NYC at all. Location is next to Long Island Railroad for subway or Air train to airport. Chinese food, Italian food, Spanish food, and a deli is a 5 minute walk. I supply a hammock in the front along with a sit-down porch surrounded with garden flowers. Lastly, your upstairs bedroom is totally private with your own entrance with a deck balcony overseeing the entire block. Very tranquil space! You have a Jacuzzi bath tub upstairs in the new bathroom all to yourself. The upstairs is where your space is and its completely a private area. Enter the house through the front door and proceed upstairs to enjoy the private deck with Adirondack chairs. Upstairs is equipped with beautiful evening lighting and brick faced rustic walls (I laid the brick myself with love) Welcome to my humble abode! My guest can email me with any questions or concerns. The Green Acres Mall is 2 minutes from the house, and there is plenty of shopping and movie theaters. Parking is completely free!
