2 BR/1 BA fully furnished vacation apartment in Eustis, Maine less than 20 minutes to Sugarloaf. Two queen beds, two full beds, and a large living area and stocked kitchen space are included. This building is located on over an acre of property with direct access to the ATV/Snowmobile trails directly out the back of the property. Across the road is a beautiful river that is good for fishing, kayaking, or stand-up paddle boarding. We take pride in supporting local and domestic businesses and are always adding amenities for you to enjoy such as local coffee, soaps, furniture, and bedding. Out back is a custom made fire pit for all of our guests to enjoy. Firewood is stocked.
