#2 Two Story

The Two Story is a shotgun house with loft. Downstairs is living room, kitchen, Bath upstairs is open loft with two double beds The space is a two story renovated shotgun house. Downstairs is a kitchen, bath with shower, and living room. Upstairs is open floor plan with two double beds and table/chair nook. The Two story is located on the perimeter of Pecan Grove RV Park. Guests will have access to fishing pier, boat launch, fish cleaning station. We service the cottage once a day bringing clean linens etc. Lake Village is set on beautiful Lake Chicot. It is the largest natural lake in Arkansas over 27 miles long. Great for fishing and boating. We have Lakeport plantation nearby that does tours on the only plantation home on the river that was not burned during the civil war. We are centrally located to enjoy other museums such as the Japanese internment camp, the B.B. King Blues museum, Kermit the frog, poverty point and many others. We do not have public transportation but many roads are four lane and traffic is light. This cabin is located in the back of Pecan Grove RV Park and to the rear are fields. This is the Mississippi Delta Swamp land: Nature and wildlife are right outside the door. sometime the neighbors sheep, goats, and pigs might wonder by or you can see a bald eagle snatch a squirrel.
