Quiet One-Bedroom Home 3006
This home is located near the Dos Equis Pavilion, Music Hall, and Texas State Fair; all in Fair Park. Close to Deep Ellum and Downtown. It includes a queen bed and pull-out queen sofa-bed, fit with two mini-split AC units that keep the home cool with no problem. It includes a private bedroom, restroom, kitchen, and living room. It will comfortably fit four people. If needed, we can provide an air mattress ($10 fee) to host up to 6 people (extra $5/person/day after two). It includes a driveway that can fit three cars if needed. Guests can rest assured that the home will be comfortable and enjoyable to sleep and stay. New AC units were installed June (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Guests will have complete privacy inside from any other tenants next door. I am always available through text for assistance during your stay. Guests do not need me to gain access to the home. However, I am more than willing to help with creating an itinerary or offer suggestions on things to do. The home sits in the center of old Dallas, with a community that continues to change by the day. Some people may find the surrounding neighborhoods a bit "sketchy", but nothing new to urban city dwellers. Nonetheless, our neighborhood is safe and remains fairly quiet, even though it is near several busy streets and venues. The home is located within blocks of Fair Park, and is ideal for people looking to go to concerts at the Dos XX Pavilion or the Texas State Fair (Late September - Mid October). It is also close to the Music Hall. The home is less than five minutes away from one of the most popular places in Dallas, Deep Ellum, which offers a unique culture and art vibe to the city with local artists, artisans, boutiques, and restaurants throughout the day, and offers a busy nightlife full of bars and clubs. Downtown is also just as busy and is about a 7 minute drive. It is also easily accessible to highways I- (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) and the Mix Master, the name commonly referred to when talking about the connection point of most highways including I-35. This location is quickly accessible to the main highways to get around Dallas (Highways 35, Highways 30, Highways 45, Highways 175). It is also within walking distance to Fair Park (home of the State Fair of Texas and the Cotton Bowl). Two blocks away is the nearby Green Line, one of the city's newest light-rail lines that connects to the other light-rail lines downtown. The best part about this location, is that it is central in reference to its ability to getting around the city and/or the metroplex in any direction. Dallas is an Uber and Lyft friendly town. You can access them to the get all over the DFW Metroplex. DFW Airport is about a (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minute drive. Cowboys Stadium is in Arlington, TX, about a 25 minute drive. Lovefield Airport is about a 20 minute drive. Uptown is an 8 minute drive. Downtown is a 4 minute drive. Deep Ellum is a 4 minute drive. Henderson-Knox is an 8 minute drive. Greenville is an 8 minute drive. My family lives in the house next door and are regularly available if ever needed.
