This place is quiet. Near everything. Great restaurants. 7/11, bars, banks, supermarket around the block. Bbq grill in the back. Deck with swing. You have full access to kitchen, living room, beautiful deck and backyard with a small garden. I like socializing. I’m a chef by trade. Love to cook and entertain. Not necessarily what I do here but I’m very approachable and easy to communicate with and very responsive to requests. I love living here cause everything is close by. There is a lot of street parking. Long Island railroad is only 1.5 miles away. You can walk here or get a taxi/Uber This place is quiet. Near everything.
