We include everything sheets, linens, bath towels, beach wagon, and beach chairs! Our property is very unique to the Jenness Beach area we have the largest private yard 1.5 Acres on the Ocean side of Ocean Blvd. It's safe and private for kids to run and play! Walking distance to the famous “Summer Sessions” where you can rent surf boards, wet suits, or take a surfing lesson! Short drive to grocery stores and downtown Portsmouth with it’s great variety of Resteraunts, shopping, and strolling. For a day off the beach “Water Country” is a 10 minutes up the street. Simply walk to the beach. Load up the beach wagon that we provide and hit the sand.
