Comfortable 2 bedroom little house on the prairie

Beautiful spot high atop the prairie with spectacular mountain and territorial views. A quaint space on a 40 acre family farm complete with horses, chickens, guinea fowl, ducks, sheep and an assortment of farm cats. Located in a stunning spot away from it all yet a short drive to everything the great Columbia Gorge has to offer. We have a nice selection of guest/beginner friendly horses and we do offer trail rides for our friends, neighbors and guests. Inquire within. Sorry, no pets allowed. The Little House is a very cozy and clean home. The home is around 980 square feet in size. While being a 1970's era well kept manufactured home, it has been tastefully refreshed and remodeled. It is nicely decorated with a simple Farmhouse theme making it the perfect space to relax and enjoy. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The Farmhouse bedroom is nicely sized and has 1 queen sized bed, while the Cabin room is more spacious and has 1 queen sized bed and a set of twin sized bunks. The bathroom has a bathtub style shower. The home is well stocked with plenty of clean, fresh linens, blankets and throws throughout. The brand new kitchen is thoughtfully designed with custom crafted Hickory cabinetry and solid surfaces. It is well equipped for all of your meal preparation needs. The dining table seats 6. The comfortable living room is bright and spacious with plenty of seating for family and friends. There is a vintage style TV for your enjoyment with DVD and VCR capabilities and a selection of family friendly movies, games and books located in the cabinet. The Little House boasts a wonderful, covered deck offering big views and relaxation on the south side of the home that is perfect for morning coffee, grilling meals and taking in the farm inspired sights and sounds. The outdoor space is rustic and comfortable and has ample room for eating meals and hanging out. We also offer some fun outdoor games like cornhole, badminton and horse shoes. The parking space can accommodate several vehicles and the property is also appropriate for large trailers, fishing boats, etc. with space to turn around if needed. Roughly 1 mile out a moderate, lightly traveled gravel road. Just a friendly reminder...we do not allow any guest pets, (dogs, etc.) on the property or in the house. Thank you!
