This room faces SOUTH overlooking Little Travers Bay. Private beach, walking/biking distance to Harbor Springs. 1 queen bed, in-room sink, with shared balcony overlooking Little Travers Bay. Two shared bathrooms. NO SMOKING INDOORS & OUTDOORS! The house is 118 years old, there is NO insulation & NO heat or A/C in the main part of the house/bedrooms. We do have a heated kitchen & 3 piece bath & TV room for your use. Electric blankets are available for the beds if needed. No pets. LGBTQ friendly. The room is 13 feet x 13 feet 4 inches. We live in the house & this iroom s ONE of 4 rooms that we rent. On Little Travers Bay, 1.5 miles east of Harbor Springs in the Roaring Brook Resort area. Private beach. 1 queen bed in the bedroom on 2nd floor with in-room sink. One shared full bathroom on the 2nd floor and 1 shared full bathroom on the first floor. The walls are thin and bedroom conversations are best kept to a whisper. In the cooler months we have electric blankets if you so desire. Also there is a heated kitchen, 3 piece bath, and TV room for your use. We live on site, in the house. Guests have access to the beach, veranda, main floor living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 shared full 3 piece bathrooms and the first and second floor. If guests use the canoe, guests will be asked to sign a liability waiver. We will do our best to help with any questions. There are many cultural and tourist activities within walking/biking/driving distance. This is a 120 year old house. It is in a wonderful wooded area; there are birds, squirrels, spiders, etc. We do the best we can to keep nature outside the house, and are mostly successful. If you are used to the Holiday Inn Suites, this historic house may not be for you. Netflix, Kindle are available for your use. This is a calm, serene, mature area; and you will be expected to NOT bother any of the neighbors with boisterous behavior. No smoking on the property, including the beach. This is an excellent area for biking. There is NO public transportation to Harbor Springs or Petoskey; but there may be Taxi cabs available. This is an excellent area for walking and biking.
