Modern Self Catering Annex

This is a beautiful modern self contained studio space that is attached to a barn conversion. This provides a spacious open living area with a fully equipped kitchen and utensils for cooking. It has 2 single beds with a bathroom off the main area and all bedding and towels are provided. There is complementary tea ,coffee and milk and we are also able to provide you with fresh eggs. There is reserved parking outside the property. We are very close to Holmfirth its 5.4 miles 13 min drive We are in the middle of the countryside but close to Huddersfield and Barnsley town centres. We are very near to the famous villages of Holmfirth and Denby Dale. You are surrounded by fields that are filled with livestock which gives it a real country feel. It's also an excellent walking, running and cycling area. you have the best of both worlds with the quietness of the country side but access to many places of interest such a the National Coal mining museum and Bretton Sculpture Park only a short drive away. This is self contained and you have a private entrance which also offers some private space for sitting outside If needed we will be happy to check you in for your stay but we also have a self check facility with a key safe on the wall so you can arrive at your own convenience we are located in the beautiful area of Cumberworth with stunning views from the property. This area is very popular with cyclist and walkers with lots of stunning walks to do. The local attraction's include : Holmfirth Vineyard The carding Shed cafe and Vintage car gallery Picturerdrome in Holmfirth Summer Wine Exhibitions and Tours in Holmfirth Digley Reservoir Langsett Reservoir Holm Moss There is also lovely cafe near by called Windmill Cafe which serves wondeful food at very reasonable prices. To tour around the area its good to have transport as we are a mile and half from the main road however we have had many walkers who do not see this as an issue and have enjoyed the opportunity to further explore the area more We hope you fully enjoy your stay with us and check in time on the day of arrival is after 3pm and check out time on the day of departure is 12 pm. Please note no additional guest or visitors will be allowed at the property to ensure that we can all stay safe and maintain social distancing. There will be a deep clean of the property prior to your arrival to ensure the property complaint with the cleaning guidelines
