Soak in a bubbling hot tub, share stories under the stars around our Solo Stove fire pit, and make delicious meals that can be eaten indoors or out. This sweet chalet located in Cobbly Nob is about 30 minutes to all the action of the Great Smoky Mountain NP, downtown Gatlinburg, & Dollywood but feels away from it all! This cozy 2 story chalet with 1344 square feet is the perfect place to spend time away! Step into the fully equipped galley style kitchen to cook a family recipe, warm up with hot chocolate and coffee, or enjoy late night snacks . The kitchen features updated stainless steel appliances, a Keurig duo for k-cup or standard coffee, cutlery, cookware, mugs, dinnerware, and more. There is lots of cabinet space along with a washer/dryer combo in a closet that can be used at no charge. The dining area between the kitchen and living room is open allowing for lots of conversation and laughter. The dining table seats six and is ready for a family meal or game night! Enjoy the views from the large picture windows. Settle in for the evening in the living room by the cozy electric fireplace that can be used for heat and/or ambiance. Watch a family favorite movie or football game on the 50" Smart TV with Roku for streaming (WE DO NOT HAVE CABLE TV). Enjoy the high speed internet or curl up with a book. Seating includes a sofa, love seat, and a recliner. There are games, puzzles, and books stored inside the coffee table. After a day of exploring the national park, shopping the outlets, or playing golf in the resort, you will be ready for a comfortable night's sleep. We have 3 king sized beds with highly rated Zinus mattresses and Beckham pillows. All the bedrooms have a 46" Smart tv with Roku to stream your favorite apps. The first floor bedroom is open(there are no doors) and has a small full bath with a stand up shower. Beat the high scores on Pac Man, Frogger, Donkey Kong, and more on the free play classic arcade video game with 412 of the best games from the 80s and 90s. The 2 bedrooms on the second floor are large and have lots of closet space. One of those rooms has a private balcony where you can drink your morning coffee, read a book, or just enjoy the mountain view. These bedrooms share a full sized bath with a shower/tub combo. Like to be outdoors?? The deck will be your favorite place! Immerse yourself in the steamy hot tub with a picturesque mountain view. It has a connected cover that is easy to open and close. Catch up with each other while sitting in relaxing Polywood Adirondack chairs around the Solo Stove fire pit that boasts the best flames with a lot less smoke. Be sure to pick up firewood from a local grocery or convenience store. Heat up the charcoal grill for steaks or hamburgers and eat at the outdoor table with benches. Don't forget to turn on the outdoor bistro lights for a soft, intimate glow when the sun goes down-perfect for your social media posts. Other details to note: Once we recieve your reservation, we will send you a guest rental agreement to e-sign within 48 hours and ask that you provide a picture of your driver's license and the names of the people staying in the chalet. A Ring flood light camera is in the top left corner of the front of the chalet and is motion activated. This camera gives us a view of the driveway. There are no other cameras on the premise. Tampering with our camera could lead to fines. We will have starter supplies of toilet tissue, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwashing pods, & laundry pods. For extended stays, it is likely you may need to buy more supplies. The closest chain grocery store is 11 miles away and there is a Dollar General 6 miles away. Our cabin sleeps 6 comfortably. If you have more than 6 people, please let the us know. We have Xfinity wifi with 400 mbs - their next to the highest tier. Don't forget - coffee pods, condiments/ spices you may need, charcoal, firewood for fire pit(sold at most gas stations and grocery stores in the area), & bathing suits We cannot accept early check ins or late check outs. Please supervise small children near the balcony, firepit, and hot tub. Children under 6 are not allowed in the hot tub. We have our chalet sprayed monthly inside and out by a professional exterminator. Because our chalet is in the woods, you may still see critters. Bear sighting are also common in our area. Winter Weather - Please be mindful that you are renting a cabin in the woods. Although not common, snow and ice conditions may require a 4-wheel drive vehicle and cause the power to go out. We do not give refunds due to weather, so we recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance to protect your investment in the event of a winter storm. Please read house rules!
