You'll love the warmth and comfort of Auburn apartments, conveniently located on 12th Street, just west of NDSCS. The building is controlled access and there is plenty of guest parking. These units are 1200 sq ft, with new updates (include updated paint scheme + flooring)! Kitchen is spacious and living room includes new furnishings and a smart TV! Both rooms have queen sized beds with cozy linens. Perfect for long or short term stays! We have a variety of daily, weekly and monthly rates available - just ask! Pets allowed (maximum of 2 pets). Pet fee is $350 per pet. Although our unit does have A/C it is not central A/C. The wall unit is located in the living area of the apartment and not in any of the bedrooms. If you're staying in the summer months, leaving your A/C on and bedroom doors open will help with cooling the entire apartment. Guest will get access to a key before check in to use during the entirety of their stay. When booking please include your scheduled timeline of check in! Important: Guests to make NO changes or additions to the property. This includes the interior and exterior of the building and unit itself. If we find these things to have occurred guests WILL incur additional charges dependent on what we have found to have happened.
