Hilltop Haven in the heart of the finger lakes

Welcome to the Hilltop Haven! We hope you will enjoy the tranquility of our home as you explore the Finger Lakes. Our home features an open-floor plan and modern amenities, with 4 large bedrooms and lots of gathering spaces inside and out. You will not get tired of the unobstructed views of the sunset melting into the night sky. Lots of parking, great wifi, and awesome patio furniture to enjoy! Our home is a haven, and your home away from home. Our bedrooms have gorgeous hillside views from every single bedroom. The master bedroom has a brand-new king-size bed and mattress, en-suite bathroom, private balcony, and stunning views. Another spacious bedroom with two new twin beds can be found on the main floor. The lower level invites guests with two additional bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and a full size futon, and one more bedroom with two twin beds are perfect for friends or little ones. 3 full-size bathrooms with toiletries and towels provided means no one has to wait to get ready to start the day. A chef’s kitchen awaits you with a six burner stove plus griddle, brand new Cuisinart coffee maker and all of the appliances you need to whip up your farm-to-table meals, straight from any of our local farms. Our dining table accommodates at least 8 people, and there is more space at the countertop for 4 more people. If you’re looking for space to lounge, we have lots of areas where you can gather, or retreat for some solitude. Our sitting area serves as a cozy book nook with 2 comfy armchairs. Or you can catch the sunset from our living room which is right off of the dining area. The lower level provides an expansive hang out area, complete with a large sectional perfect for board games, or movie night with our 75 inch smart-TV. Outside: Our home is on the top of a rolling 3+ acres which are all yours to explore. We have two balconies that were built specifically to view the sunset over the valley. Our private pond is just a few steps away from the back patio. You can grill outdoors while soaking in the views, and then make your way down to the firepit for smores and a nightcap. We will be available via text or call during your stay. Our location is in the beating heart of the Finger Lakes- 5 minutes to Seneca Lake, wine trails, breweries, hundreds of waterfalls and state parks and so much more. We know you will appreciate all that Watkins Glen, Montour Falls and Seneca Lake and our surrounding areas have to offer. There is something for everyone - whether you like hiking, biking, eating or drinking! Travel by car is your best bet! You can walk around the property and the neighborhood with ease, but you'll want a car to get to the main attractions. - We have AC units on the main floor. The lower level is much cooler and has standing fans in the rooms. - We use a Ring camera equipped doorbell to monitor our outdoor areas for the security of guests and of our property. Recording is motion activated and captures activity outside and in the garage only. No cameras or monitoring devices exist inside the property. Content is not shared with third parties unless required by insurance or law. - We get a lot of questions about our beautiful pond and we do not allow any recreational activities in the pond for general safety reasons (I.e no swimming, no fishing, no boating, no floats). We do have a guidebook that outlines things to do around town, including water recreation, which we will provide with your stay. - you will need to buy your own firewood for the firepit. - Please note that we are doing some landscaping work outside. This will not disrupt your stay, however we wanted to make you aware that it is in progress. This is our family’s home and we put alot of love and care into it. We love our home. Please respect our space and our house rules, treat it as you would your home, and keep it clean. We work hard to provide a clean space for our guests and very much hope you enjoy it. Any non-standard cleaning or damages to our belongings will result in an additional fee.
