This property is outside of town, so guests will definitely need access to a vehicle. The nearest grocery stores are 15+ minutes away, so planning ahead for the weekend is a great idea. Absolutely no events or weddings without permission and extra fee. Due to limited parking, events will be limited to 50 guests max. Guests are encouraged to carpool when possible. Port-a-potty rental for day of event will be required. Event guests (outside the guest staying at the house) will not be allowed inside the house and all doors must be locked during the event. Please inquire with any events as an additional fee will be assessed for each event. Fee will include table and chairs.
