Beautiful wooded 4 acre lot with a huge covered deck and beautiful covered front porch nestled in the woods. Totally private & serene setting, w/ fire pit, gas grill, and plenty of nature. Fully stocked kitchen, outdoor fire pit (wood not provided) & propane grill (propane included). Great for family/friend getaways, hunting/fishing trips, romantic escapes, antiquing or to rest after enjoying outdoor recreation. This is what you're looking for: ▶ Bedrooms ● 1st Bedroom: Master Bedroom (1st floor) has 1 king bed, television with satellite programming and private bathroom w/ shower, toilet, sink ● 2nd Bedroom: Located on floor bedroom that is located on the 2nd floor with 2 queen beds (kids love the upstairs) ● 3rd Bedroom: Located in the lower level this bedroom with a queen bed (shower/sink). The basement can be accessed via the stairs in the living room or the private entrance door via the walk-out basement. ▶ Family Room: with Sofa, coffee table, television w/ satellite TV programming, dining table with 4 chairs and amenity rich kitchen and half bath just off the family room. ▶ Bathrooms: ● Bathroom 1: on the first floor attached to the master bedroom has a shower, toilet, sink, and vanity. ● Bathroom 2: half bathroom attached to first floor family room with toilet, sink, and vanity. ● Bathroom 3: is part of the basement bedroom with sink, shower, and vanity only NO toilet. ▶ Central air-conditioned accommodations at this vacation home offer a respite from the heat. Additionally, there is a laundry room with washer/dryer (detergent not provided). The family room opens to a huge covered deck and a quaint front porch complete with swing and rocking chairs. The kitchen offers a large refrigerator, electric range/oven, microwave, cooking tools, dining-ware and dining area with seating for four. Bathrooms include showers, sample size shampoo/body wash, hairdryers, and towels. There are two televisions: One in the family room and one in the master bedroom each with Dish Network Satellite TV service. ▶ Additionally, wifi internet is also included. ▶ Outdoorsmen: You'll be located within' 2 miles of Lake Barkley State Resort Park and Land Between The Lakes State Park complete with activities for children, boat launch, full-service marina, fuel, ATV trails, bison/elk range, trap shooting, Boots Randolph Golf Course, and private aircraft airport. ▶ Hunters: The property sits on 4 undisturbed acres of private wooded land and backs up to the state protected national forest. If you would like to hunt the property during your stay, please reach out to us first for a quick screening process and we can assist you with obtaining a permit to hunt our property as well as the state mandated hunting license. ▶ Anglers: Our property is located just a few miles from the lake. Should you need assistance in boat rental or boat launch please feel free to let us know. Additionally the owner of the property can give you some tips on the best Crappie and Bass dens on the lake if you'd like him to stop by. ▶ Off-Road/ATV: The property is just minutes from the famous Turkey Bay Off-Road Vehicle park. This is one of the largest off-road recreation areas in the country at more than 100 miles of primary and secondary trail types for all sorts of vehicles. If you want mud...they have mud. Annual Trigg County Ham Festival - Cadiz, KY (every year the 2nd weekend in October) Bald Eagle Watching - Join thousands of people that visit the area to view our bald eagle population.
