The outdoor patio features a grill overlooking the large backyard with a firepit. You will sleep like a baby on the plush pillow top mattresses. We supply linens ( you’ll have to bring your own towels) Additional amenities are washer/ dryer, central AC and complimentary beach passes during stay. You will have the entire brand new three bedroom home to yourself The entire home is yours for your entire stay Property manager is just a phone call or text message away …maintenance is five minutes away and can be on site whenever needed. Dishes, Linens, Board games, put everything back the way you found it. The grill is a very high end infrared grill please allow 10 minutes for it to heat up keep in mind there are vinyl railings if they are melted due to negligence you will be charged for it.( Full $250 security deposit; if not more based on damages) When using the complementary beach passes, they need to be put back at the end of your stay (otherwise you will incur a $80 charge for beach passes)
