Each side has a full kitchen, so there will be no need to head out each night to a local restaurant. Plus, the expansive deck has plenty of seating and a gas grill that will make for the best place to host a summer cookout in the salty air! The kiddos will love the bunk rooms when it is time to settle down for the night, yet everyone can gather for movie nights in each living room with plush furnishings and flatscreen TVs. Don't forget to bring the furry members of the family along too because this duplex is dog-friendly! Things to Know Snowbird-friendly Dog-friendly Smaller groups can book each side of the duplex separately at Shore Thang 1 (A side) and Shore Thang 2 (B side) This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: Two-car garage and a three-car carport are available for guests. RV and boat parking are available at the unit. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
