Rental discounts are offered for 8+ weeks bookings and automatically calculated when you put in your dates. The house all the amenities you need for a short stay. There is a grill and outdoor patio for use in the summer time. Kayak available during summer months. Free parking, you need a car to get by. I am available by email, phone or text throughout the day, 8am-10pm. I am available in person in case of an emergency. A quiet safe and residential area. A car is needed to get around (no public transportation) and have access to supermarkets and restaurants. It is also a nice area to walk and bike around.
