Our country getaway is nestled along the Walkill Rail Trail with stunning views of the ridge. Our home is a perfect retreat to relax and enjoy your time in the beautiful Hudson Valley. We have a fully appointed kitchen, large deck, heated pool, and massive 10 acres that will give you plenty of space to explore! We are centrally located to Minewaska, wineries, hiking, Hudson River Walkway, Storm King and so much more! You are guaranteed to make special memories with your friends and family! Comfortable and Spacious we have spared no detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Gorgeous sunsets from our 500sqft deck, 10acres of unobstructed views, large farm table to enjoy family meals together, toy room for your kids to enjoy, gas Grill for your convenience, and outdoor seating to relax. Guests have access to entire house and property except inside of barn as owners we reserve right for personal use (not during summer rentals) Guests staying on property for three days or longer have access to washer and dryer. I am always available via text, email or phone, but leave you to enjoy our home with as much or little interaction that you would like. Private, peaceful, country getaway. With only a few neighbors in the area, you are backed up over 60acres of fields and woods. A beautiful change of scenery from the city. Only 2 mile walk into town Via the Rail Trail. A few minutes drive to Main St New Paltz, Trailways Bus Stop is 3 miles, taxi to town $5, 20min to Poughkeepsie train, 3miles to Mohonk Mountain House, 10min to Hiking at Minnewaska, Property Attached to 12 mile Rail Trail which zigs and zags through the Hudson Valley. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS DUE TO ALLERGIES Home has monitored ADT security system with exterior cameras NO WEDDING PARTIES NO GRADUATION PARTIES Local Gun Club in area, the hours of operation are available online, it can be heard when open. Only Registered Guests Are Allowed on Property During Stay or they forfeit deposit. Pool open from Memorial Day through Labor Day (Sometimes pool opens earlier in May if interested please enquire) Heater upon request. Absolutely NO pets DUE Allergies
