About the House: This lovely space is perched above a barn on an enchanting organic farm. You will be surrounded by scenic beauty in the delightful landscape. Only a short drive from downtown Chattanooga, this one bedroom, sleeps two, making it the perfect romantic getaway, a writer retreat, or solo adventure to recharge and reconnect. The thing that makes this property so special is its location. Driving to this home, brings you through beautiful farm land with expansive fields and breathtaking views of Lookout Mountain. Once on the property, you will pass a beautiful lake, horses grazing in a field, and at the top of the property, you will find your little nest from which you overlook the farm and look up to Lookout Mountain. In the mornings, you can watch the sun rise over Lookout Mountain and in the evenings, you can watch the moon rise from the large picture windows in the living room. For complete privacy, you can sit on the back porch which looks out into the forest, giving you the feeling of being in a treehouse. Downstairs, there is an outdoor sitting area for grilling or snuggling on the porch swing. The bedroom is beautifully decorated and features an organic queen bed. You are sure to be rested after sleeping peacefully in this quiet retreat. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook an amazing meal. Filled with natural light, the living room is comfortable with ample seating to stretch out on the sofa or take in the view in front of the large picture windows. With internet and a flat screen Roku TV, you can stream your favorite content. This property gives you the best of both worlds for your trip. You can be in Chattanooga in just minutes, yet have the quiet escape you need for a restful vacation. About the Area: Located just outside of Chattanooga, this house is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Wildwood, GA. Surrounded by farmland and forest, this house is located on a magical organic farm. Because this house is built above a large, open barn, you may park in the barn for covered parking. IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE: * This house does NOT allow pets. We ask that you do not feed or approach the farm animals. * Because this is a working farm. Children under the age of 12 years old are not allowed. *Primary responsible renter must be 25 years of age. • We require a photo of your ID and a photo of yourself as well as your signature on our rental agreement to complete your reservation. We will send a reservation confirmation email to you, and the e-doc rental agreement is located at the bottom of this email( green tab.) Please complete all lines on the rental agreement. *This property is located on a working organic farm, so while you will have complete privacy when in the home, you can see the property owner’s home from the living room windows. There are two sets of stairs to get up to the home. * This house does not have cable, but it does have Smart TVs from which you can stream your favorite shows or movies. Remember to bring your login info for Netflix, Hulu, etc. Note: Most of our properties are rural and wooded. Please do not expect a perfectly manicured lawn.
