R&D's Place - a Relaxing Reel Therapy Getaway

Come enjoy a relaxing stay away from the bustle of life. This 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home sits on 1 acre of land, has a large front and back yard, a fully screened in front porch, back sun deck with gate closure, plenty of driveway space and lighting under the house. We are located on a single entrance private road with a few boat launches close by. R&D's Place is ready for you to make your getaway relaxing and enjoyable. The house is built 13 ft above ground with stair access only. Underneath there is a fish cleaning station, swings for adults and children, an outdoor enclosed shower with hot/cold water and plenty of room to move about under the house. Inside the house, the 3 bedrooms have door locks for privacy, 2 rooms have luggage racks, 2 rooms have closet space and the master has a dresser. There is a spacious kitchen with plenty of dining space. The full bath has tub/shower combo. Home access with keypad private entrance. The driveway is concrete with plenty of parking available along with a covered parking space under the house. We do not live on site but can be reached by text for any questions. R&D's Place is located in Live Oak Bend Subdivision near Caney Creek. It is a quiet private one entrance street in deed restricted neighborhood. Concrete driveway with enough room to park your boat and a couple of vehicles. Covered parking space under the house. Sargent is known for mosquitos. Some weeks are worse than others. We do spray monthly but be sure to bring your own bug spray. Don't forget the sunscreen also. The AC unit is a bit loud in the master bedroom due to its location and hums/vibrates when running. Also, please be sure to bring all food items you will need. There is a Dollar General close by, but the closest grocery store is about 40 minutes away in Lake Jackson or Bay City. The freezer does not have an ice maker but there are ice trays available to make your own.
