The loft has an office nook, large sofa and the house is a 1935 stone home only a few miles from Center City, Swathmore, Main Line Colleges and Universities (Villanova, Haverford, Bryn Mawr and more) as well as close to Drexel and U Penn. 20 minutes to Philadelphia International Airport. Private full bathroom. Newly refurbished kitchen. A bus stop 2 blocks away or a tram line 5 blocks away takes you to 69th St Transportation Center, from which you can access all public transit in Philadelphia and suburban lines via 30th St Station. Free and ample on street parking. The home is located in a mature neighbourhood with many homes built in the inter-war period using stone from a local quarry. Very green! Public transportation is not excellent here but there are options. Bus lines run along both State Rd and Township Line Rd back and forth between 69th St Terminal. Also, the 101 trolley line from Media, PA to 69th St Terminal has a stop about 15 minutes walk away from the house. From 69th St, you are able to reach the majority of urban Philadelphia.
