Beautiful "Sykia" beach right in front of the house is perfect for a swim at any time of the day. The village offers a supermarket, bakery and all needed supplies. Parking spots always available. A newly renovated 40sqm appartment with one bedroom with 2 beds, plus 1 couch bed in the hallway, a spacious kitchen, and a restroom. It shares a beautiful terrace with two other appartments on the ground floor, where you can enjoy the relaxing view of the sea as far as your eye can see. Ideal for families with young children. The picturesque village of Kato Gatzea is located 17Km from the city of Volos. You can get to the village either by car or by the city's buses. Both ways take around 20 minutes from the center of Volos, through a beautiful ride along the coast of the Pagasetic Gulf. Once you're there, it will be very easy to find the house! Following the sign of "Kato Gatzea", you enter the village. Moving alongside the village's main seaside street, you will find "Argo Navis" close to the village's exit to the east. This is approximately 500m from the entrance you came through. You get access to your appartment through a key lock box. You will receive the code to the key lock box in a message. The appartment is always clean and thoroughly disinfected by the highest standards and ready to accomodate you. We provide our visitors with the valued freedom and quite time they need for their vacations. Of course they can reach us via telephone for any need they may have, during day hours. The charming sea village of Kato Gatzea is the perfect spot for a relaxing get away. Located right on the seaside, you can walk around the whole village in just 10 minutes. You can enjoy your dinner at the traditional sea taverns and quality cafés offering delicious homemade sweets, with the sea next to your table. Beautiful "Sykia" beach right in front of the house is excellent for young children and also a relaxing swim at any time you feel like it. Just 5' on foot from the village there is a lovely venue providing a small beach, a café, a gourmet restaurant and a bar for a night time drink. You can easily and safely walk to the nearby villages and also you can explore mount Pelion's many breathtaking mountain trails. K.Gatzea is just 15' from Volos city by car. It is also the perfect place to start your exploration of the countless exotic beaches and mountain beauty of Pelion. There are frequent intercity buses that depart from various spots in the city center of Volos. Or you could easily reach the village with your vehicle. Approximately 20 minutes from the city's center to reach the house. The intercity buses continue to various beautiful destinations of Pelion. The terrace is shared with the other two appartments of the ground floor, but each appartment has its own furniture where you can relax and enjoy the view. The washing machine is also shared with one of the appartments.
