The safety of our guests is our highest priority. * This is a full basement apartment in a newly built home, less than five years old. All furnishings were newly purchased. The house is located on the doorstep of the St. John's international airport. It is only a minute away from the Outer Ring Road (TCH), 5 minutes from the Stavanger Drive shopping area and 6 minutes to downtown. Guests have full access to the apartment. The only entrance to the apartment is from the rear of the house. I am available by phone or email at any time. I don't live far away so I can be available in person on relatively short notice. This home is located in a newly built neighbourhood in Airport Heights backing on the Virginia River walking trail. It is on a quiet cul-de-sac with very little traffic. Parking space for one vehicle on premises There is a young family with two boys and a dog living in the upstairs unit. It is generally quiet except for a period of time before school in the morning and before bed at night when foot traffic is heaviest.
