Bed & Breakfast 3 Zone Colonial

This spacious and airy room is in the heart of the most exciting area in Santo Domingo: The Colonial Zone. We are a TRUE bed and breakfast in every sense of the word. Each morning we serve a fresh, hot authentic DOMINICAN BREAKFAST with an assortment of fresh squeezed juices, native tea and our country’s finest…café con leche! There is always a 24 hour station equipped with tea, coffee, juice and fresh snacks. The room is situated with cable TV, WIFI, a powerful ceiling fan, a wardrobe, a chair, and a table. We welcome you to take advantage of the common areas in the house, which includes the spacious living area, kitchen, washing machine and an iron available for your use. You will never run out of things to do in the Colonial Zone! We are steps away from the stimulating El Conde street, restaurants, bars, clubs, museums, health centers, shops, parks, pharmacies, churches (Primatial Cathedral of America), banks, super markets. Just two blocks in the other direction, you will find yourself on the famous Malecon (a 10 kilometer boardwalk) There is constant public transportation and affordable taxi options in the area. A little bit about us: My husband Rafael and I are retired from our teaching professions, and passionate about showing travelers the riches of our country. On occasion, my daughter Maria Raquel (a dancer with the national ballet dominican) and her husband Ygor come to the apartment to help out when I go to my country home. We are happy to arrange airport pick up for a nominal fee of $30 USD (not included in the rate and is payable upon arrival at the apartment).
