Entire Private House for 11 guests. 3 bedrooms with a/c. Daybed in living room with two twin beds and 2 heavy ceiling fans. Hot water, washer, dryer, BBQ, Water Reserve. Large Patio, Balcony, Terrace with Hammocks. Excellent location close to Crash Boat just in the same road to Ramey PR 107. Near Restaurants, Hospitals, stores, beaches and other touristic places. Note: No events and/or parties are allowed at the property. No loud music and/or noises after 10pm. Just located in the PR107 (ave. Pedro Albizu Campos) 5 minutes to Crash Boat. Great area with lots of restaurants, fast foods, bakery just around the corner, grocery stores, pharmacys, medical clinics and hospital, other beaches and much more. You can travel to others towns like Rincón (30 min), Mayaguez (45min), Aguada (15min), Isabela (15 min) and more. The entire house and patio I won't be available in person but will be by phone and messages. My maintenance staff will be available in person if needed. Is a very peaceful one although is just in front of the avenue. We have just one Neighbor close to one side of the house. They live there and we ask you respect in order to let them sleep well. That's why we ask for no loud noises or music after 10pm. The house has parking inside for two cars. Outside you can park like 4 cars.
