Private Room Between L.A and Disneyland

We are near all of Los Angeles’ must see attractions. Between Disneyland, Downtown and the rest of the greater Los Angeles area. With easy access to freeways. Our home is equipped with smart lock access for easy and convenient entry. Hope to see you soon! This Room is the only room located on the first floor, great for privacy during your stay with us. This is a private room within our residential home. Full bathroom with shower. Personal mini refrigerator and microwave is provided inside the room. Neighborhood is peaceful with a community pool available for use. Laundry access in garage next to the room. Small pool with bbq and lounge area on site in the community. We like to respect our guests privacy and space, but our guests are more than welcome to come up and say hi. Also don’t hesitate to express any needs during your stay. Many different options for dining and shopping less than 5 miles away also conveniently located near multiply connecting freeways. Shopping Center 5min Gym 8min (La Fitness, 24 hour Fitness, Planet Fitness) Downtown LA 15min Disneyland 15min Long Beach 25min Hollywood 25min Griffith Observatory 30min Orange County 30min All travel times are subjected to traffic. Heaviest traffic hours are between 2pm-7:30pm Renting a car is the best option to get around Los Angeles, using a navigation app can help with directions. Uber/Lift/ is an option but can be costly when traveling to multiple places Public Transportation (Bus) is also available but this is more time consuming. Front door access is also available from street parking for easy access to your booking. Street Sweeping is enforced on Tuesdays from 10am-2pm
