This cozy wood cabanas have a double and a single bed with a private bathroom, closet, with mirror, chair inside the room and cotton hammock and lounge chair outside of the room, long tables under palm trees to eat or work in the patio, also a full equip kitchen. Strategically located in the heart of La Punta, only five minutes walk to the sea and one block away from restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, bars and stores of all kinds. All rooms are wooden cabins with private full bathroom an a relaxing outdoor area in front of each room that has a cotton hammock, lounge chair and acapulco chair to enjoy the fresh air. The patio is long and full of palm trees, there is three picnic tables available for the guests to eat, work or relax under the shadows of the palm trees. We count with a fully equip kitchen that includes coffee maker, microwave, stove with oven, cooking pots and all kinds of cooking utensils, also each room has a appointed space in the refrigerator and cabinet with your room number on it. To accommodate our beach lovers and surfers we have an outdoor chain shower head and a surfboard shelf. The property is share with other guest and that comes with sounds and movement, although the rooms are private and we have a noise curfew, be aware that sounds are normal in a share living space, also we are located in the heart of La Punta an area that is developing and that comes with sounds too. We also want you to know that the municipality has started the asphalt on the road in our street, therefore there is machinery and work being done during the week, this is beyond our hands and we can’t do anything about the noise this may cause, therefore we want you to be aware of it before booking. La Punta is a place full of nature and insects are part of it, we fumigate once a week for mosquitos and insects, but we want you to be conscious that we can’t control nature. - free Wifi Be aware! Puerto Escondido has an unreliable Internet signal, this problem does not only affect Shula, this is a town problem. Please do research and corroborate. If the Internet signal fails or is weak is beyond our hands, therefore there will be no cancelations or refunds base on this matter. La Punta is a known surf spot in Oaxaca, the beach is a favorite of locals to watch the sunset or enjoy the day at the beach, also at the end of the beach there’s a light house on the rocks, during the low tide is possible to walk through the caves on the rocks and access the beach in the other side. Aside of all the beautiful nature that surrounds us, La Punta is a thriving place for local businesses from restaurants, coffee shops, bars to stores of all kinds. We are located in the heart of the neighborhood, a 5 minutes walk to the sea and a one block from the main Street where you can find anything you might need. From the airport we are a 17 minute taxi ride. If you like to explore the other beautiful beaches near by like Zicatela, Puerto Angelito, Manzanillo, Carrizalillo, Coral, Bacocho, they are all within a 30 minute max distance by car. To assure the tranquility of our guests we have a no loud noise policy after 11pm. No party’s or reunions inside the rooms or in the common areas and for the guest security we don’t allow outsiders, only guest are allow in the property. Notify us if anyone that is not mention in the reservation stay overnight in the room, we will charge the guest that reserve the room $100 pesos per extra person, but if the guest don’t notify us the charge will be $200 pesos. We don’t have a reception, the main door has an electronic lock, please read the messages we send you, they contain all the information on how to check in by yourself. We do not charge a cleaning fee, therefore there are no cleanings during your stay, but we will provide you with anything you need to do so yourself. The cleaning person offers full cleanings for a $50 pesos charge, pay directly to her in cash.
