Malbec Manor is fully equipped with 1300 sq feet of living space. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, two living rooms, WiFi. This lakeside cottage was built in Aug 2019. Relax & enjoy the views on the large decks, sit by the outdoor fire pit, make use of all the water toys, & swim in refreshing and peaceful Blysteiner Lake. Just a 60 minute drive from Halifax & only 30 min. to Rissers Beach, 35 min. to Hirtles Beach, 20 min. to Lunenburg, 15 min. to Mahone Bay & only 5 min. to Bridgewater. BBQ 2 full size paddle boards 7 foot youth paddle board (up to 120 pounds) 2 double inflatable kayaks paddle boat (holds 4 people) 6 adult and 1 child size life jackets The entire house is for you to enjoy. There are outdoor lawn games and water toys for you to use. All we ask is you respect the property and use everything there properly and safely. We are a text away if there is a problem Quiet lake side road, yet only 5 minutes to a Bridgewater, 15 minutes to picturesque Lunenburg and Mahone Bay and one hour to the city of Halifax. A car is needed to get around the area This cottage is our family’s cottage and we hope you respect it like your own . We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. **Winter Guests We have a plow arranged when more than 10cm/4 inches of snow. The main driveway is done, you can park in the parking area. Shovels, salt, and sand provided.
