Small but cozy apartment provides a tiny and minimalistic living experience. Modern building with lots of amenities, access control and security guard. Swimming pool, a gymnasium, a large sitting room with coffee tables, a chapel and laundry room. The covered parking can be accessed with the provided beeper, air-conditioning lobby and elevator to access all the amenities. Located across from the Mayaguez Resort and Casino Hotel and a five minute drive to the University of Mayaguez (RUM). This hotel has restaurants that are open for breakfast lunch and dinner. The Hotel also has lots of entertainment and of course a big Casino. The University of Puerto Rico; The Mayaguez Branch (CAAM) it’s only a two minute drive from the apartment. Downtown Mayagüez and the Medalla Brewery it’s also three minute drive.
