The apartment is in a newly restored beautiful, historic Oaxaca—a UNESCO World Heritage site. The building has all modern amenities, with electric shower and stove. Restaurants, cafes, markets, museums all around. One shared hallway, one shared patio with table and chairs and the main staircase. Guests are received in person and we are available for support throughout the stay. This neighborhood is very special because of its proximity to the Zocalo (main square) and the hugely attractive 20 de Noviembre Market. Shops, restaurants, cafes, taco stands, music, transportation (public and private) are all within a short walk. Everything is within walking distance. There are public buses that route throughout the city that pass just half a block away. Taxis stands are also a short walk. Suburbans routing to the coast (Puerto Escondido and Mazunte) are also nearby. We maintain the studios clean, safe and private so the guests are completely comfortable and can work or relax as they wish
