Beautiful house preserving antique style of mexican architecture, with a privileged location in the town of Valle de Bravo, just one block away from the main street. Attended by Fanny, a skilled and charming cook trained by A renowned Mexican chef. Garage with roof. Ski Nautique boat available. HOUSE & LAKE The house has a relaxing garden with a terrace where you may enjoy lunch. Grill included. The first floor consists of the main entrance and a corridor along the garden. Three bedrooms are located in the second floor, one of them with its own living room. The kitchen, dining room, bar, living room with fireplace and a terrace with a glass roof are located in the third floor, offering a privileged view of Valle de Bravo and its lake. Please note there is a quite long stairway to take from the garage to reach the garden, and then the stairs from the garden to the first floor where bedrooms are located. Please see photos. And wouldn't it be fantastic, once you are in Valle de Bravo, to enjoy the lake as well? We can arrange the rent of our Ski Nautique boat, being accompanied by a member of the staff of our Marina Nautilus. Guests have access to wifi, AppleTV, DVD, sound system with B&W speekers. Wifi code (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) As owners we will only interact with guests at their request. Maid will be present from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm. Housekeeper remains in the premises 24x7. One of the beauties of the house is its convenient location, just one block away from the main street. The neighborhood is calm and friendly. The address is Calle San Sebastián 308. Taxis are always available in Valle de Bravo, all though all main points of interest are at walking distance. Please look it up in Waze or similar applications under "308 Calle de San Sebastian Valle de Bravo". Waze will also direct you to the Marina Nautilus. As from December 24 we will rent the house for at least 5 nights.
