The Deer House - a character cabin in the woods

We have 2 cabins on the property. "The Deer House" and "The Beaver House". Filed with character and charm, The Deer House is an authentic log cabin on our beautiful and private 30 acre property. It has 5 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living spaces, featuring a large sunroom and cozy stone fireplace. - Accommodates up to 12 guests - Fully equipped kitchen - Free Wi-Fi - BBQ & Firepit - 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms + extra beds - Sports equipment and playing areas This is really a unique and beautiful space. It is situated in the forest, yet also has wide open pastures. The lodge is a great place to visit any time of year, with activities for every season. You will have access to the entire house and the surrounding 30+ acres of property which includes walking trails and play areas for children. Storage buildings are marked as private. ASSISTANCE I live on the same property in a different house. I am very sociable and always happy to meet, chat and help if needed. That being said, I also respect your need for privacy and space. You might see me around as I live here and need to pass by the cabins to access parts of our property. Bragg Creek is just 5 minutes away and a very cool little town. We are just 5 minutes from the grandeur of Kananaskis provincial park, a massive network of recreational parks and trails for your enjoyment, and 1 hour drive from Banff and area. -Horseback riding -golf -biking -x-country skiing -skating -hiking -shopping -fishing All within 10 minutes! GETTING AROUND The town of Bragg Creek is a 4 min drive away and has shopping and dining. For hiking, biking, fishing, off-roading etc... Kananaskis provincial park is just 5km away from the property. For specific questions about hiking and other activities off the property please let me know. One of the bedrooms is a private loft room. It is accessible only by steep stairs and has a low roof. It may not be suitable for elderly people or those with mobility issues. Firewood can be purchased at $10 per wheelbarrow
