We are located just off the beach in the popular neighborhood of Colonia Santa Maria, about a 5 minute walk to the Playa Zicatela tourist zone with all the cafe, restaurants and stores, and just around the corner from our favorite breakfast and lunch spot Cafe Dans. Taxis pass by frequently on our road or near to the house. The highway is a 7 minute walk away for more transport services. - NO VISITORS. For reasons of security we do not accept visitors. The house, grounds and pool are for use of clients only. - NO PARTIES OR LOUD NOISE. We do not permit parties or events and noise must be kept to a minimum at all times. - PET FRIENDLY. We are pet friendly but all pets must be declared at time of reservation or prior to arrival or we have the right of refusal. Also to be noted - Housekeeping services 9.30am - 12pm, Monday - Saturday. - Price includes regular garden & pool maintenance, and cleaning service 1x per week. - Laundry machines mentioned in the listing are for staff use only. Personal laundry service is available for a small fee during housekeeping hours. - Fresh clean beach towels can be rented for a small fee (limited supply) during housekeeping hours. - Rental is equipped with a safe.
